Look Who's Toxic is a 1990 Toxic Avenger rip off directed by Louis Mathew. It starts off with a scene completely unrelated to the rest of the film where a woman has a baby in a hospital and when the baby is born everyone is horrified and disgusted but we don't see the baby. I am guessing this scene was inserted because of the pun in the title.
People are protesting because a chemical company is releasing pollutants into a nearby lake. The owner of the chemical company is an old man who is dying and needs a new heart. He announces that he will pay one million dollars for a fresh healthy heart. His black manservant and a doctor kidnap a bodybuilder and perform a heart transplant.
Bodybuilder's girlfriend gets suspicious and goes to the police where a classic comedy scene I plan to steal one day happens. She tells the detective what happened and he makes all kinds of excuses as to why nothing happened to bodybuilder. Finally he says "Maybe he hooked up with one of the guys and is playing hide the salami". The cops two buddies start chuckling with the detective. So the girlfriend gets pissed and threatens to go over the detectives head when a punk rock dude grabs her and threatens her with a knife. She does karate on punk rock dude then talks more shit about the cops and leaves. The detective makes a second gay joke by saying "I guess she is man enough for the guy" to which both the cop buddies just shake their heads causing an awkward moment where the detectives joke fails. You should watch the movie just for this it is so awesome.
The news is interviewing a scientist who says that some specimens collected at the lake showed signs of cell movement even after they were dead. The bodybuilder who's dead body had been dumped in the lake returns as a Toxic Avenger wannabe, seeking vengeance and wanting his heart back.

I enjoyed this movie but it really suffers from not knowing what it wants to be. It has the title of a spoof, the opening scene is played for comedy, the news channel is named KRAP, all these things make you think this is supposed to be funny. Then there are long scenes with clunky b-movie dialogue and convoluted plot points that play out like a straight low budget sci-fi/horror movie. Check it out if you want...
