Recently received these three zines from my good friend Sid Clark. I was so stoked because David Puckeridge is like a brilliant zine guy!! The first zine I read which is the one I was the most stoked about is Blokes With Cows. I am assuming this is a sequel to the amazing Chicks With Lawnmowers. It is a great very surreal zine with photo collages.
Burned To Death In Police Taser Fireball and Extra Mild Comix feature comics about politics and life and there is a lot of spoofing advertising. Very funny stuff!
My only complaint is there is one page in Extra Mild Comix that has one tiny ad in color and the rest of the page is in black and white. Since he paid for the color copy I wish he would have included more color on that page.
This hilarious stuff floks and probably the smartest zines I have read in a long time! Send this guy some cash ASAP!
