Bath Salts: The Series is a new web series from John Johnson, the director behind the Skeleton Key movie series and the new Plan 9 movie. I first became a fan of this guy when he was doing a podcast called Graveyard Shift. His movies are pretty crazy, like surreal gross out comedies. This series Bath Salts is really awesome! Very strange and all over the place, this is what I call art. Also hot scantily clad women help a lot!! Check it out!!

William Hooper, Toby Hooper's son, made a prequel/sequel to Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2 called All American Massacre. It's a short film where Choptop gets released from prison and gets interviewed at a radio station which flashes back to murders in the 70's. How awesome must this thing be?! Unfortunately it filmed over ten years ago and still hasn't been finished! Please like the facebook fan page and if you can make a donation on the official website so this can see the light of day.
All American Massacre Fan Page Official website I've seen Gwar three times and they are always awesome! This is a rocking cover of a pretty crappy song. This makes me want to buy some Gwar movies.
Ghoultown is an awesome hellbilly band out of Texas. They've toured all over the country and Europe and have been on the soundtrack of many films and video game. They also recorded a song to be used as Elvira's theme song. This video has great spooky animation and the song is fun and tells a great story!
Some movies are so bad they're good. Other movies are so bad they're modern art masterpieces. Bloodspell is the later. It could give Troll 2 a run for it's money as best worst movie. It's about a kid who goes to a boarding house from messed up kids to get evaluations. The kid is hiding from his absentee father who is actually a demon. The demon possesses him anyway and the shit hilariously hits the fan. All the actors in this movie over act so bad they seem like adult 5 year olds or something. This movie is so funny and surreal but I fell asleep before the end. Check it out!
Thirteen Shot is the first band to send free swag to mormozine.com and I couldn't be happier!! Their album is called Vaudeville plus they sent a new single called Zombies From The USSR. My first impression of the album is that this is the kind of music that got me liking punk/psychobilly in the first place. Sleazy and raw rock and roll music. So many bands think they gotta play a million miles an hour and scream all their lyrics. These guys remember to put the rock in punk rock! The songs each have a different vibe which I think would make this a perfect album to play at a party, no one would get bored. Featuring mostly spooky lyrics all though one rad song tells the story of Batman!! Be sure and check this band out!! http://www.facebook.com/thirteenshotsband
Here's a teaser trailer for Henrique Couto's new movie. I'm really stoked for this one. I've seen two of his previous films and enjoyed them both a lot! I hope Henrique makes a few more films then writes his own "how to make movies" book. I'm always left with a lot of questions about his movies. How does he gets such attractive people to be in his movies? Do his movies make any money? What kind of a budget do his movies have? All very fascinating!!
Night of the Punks is a short horror comedy that played at many film festivals. It's about a punk band called "The Brain Deads" playing their first out of town show. The gig is shady though and pretty soon demonic shit starts happening and people die gruesome deaths. The movie looks professional, has great make up and gore, good acting, good music and a pair of flashed titties which always elevates any movie as far as I am concerned. It's 19 minutes long but could have been longer as it never gets boring. Luckily director Dan Riesser is in post production on a feature film called Stomping Ground which you can find more about at: http://www.facebook.com/StompGroundFilm
