Bath Salts: The Series is a new web series from John Johnson, the director behind the Skeleton Key movie series and the new Plan 9 movie. I first became a fan of this guy when he was doing a podcast called Graveyard Shift. His movies are pretty crazy, like surreal gross out comedies. This series Bath Salts is really awesome! Very strange and all over the place, this is what I call art. Also hot scantily clad women help a lot!! Check it out!!

William Hooper, Toby Hooper's son, made a prequel/sequel to Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2 called All American Massacre. It's a short film where Choptop gets released from prison and gets interviewed at a radio station which flashes back to murders in the 70's. How awesome must this thing be?! Unfortunately it filmed over ten years ago and still hasn't been finished! Please like the facebook fan page and if you can make a donation on the official website so this can see the light of day.

Doug Henning is a magician I hear a lot about. Kind of a neo-hippie in the late 70's, he influenced a lot of people with his TV specials and stage shows. I'd love to have a Mormo magic special like this one, dancing and all! I learned from this special that I don't always have to do bizarre magic. I can do the classics in my own way and they will work great!

These guys are a punk band from the UK(?). I'm such a dumb ass about the world I'm not even sure if London and Sittingbourne are part of the UK or not! Anyway I saw some videos and they play pretty tight and people were really into their songs. They plan on releasing their first album next month. The songs on their bandcamp sound awesome so check them out!!

Neverland Ranch Hands are a San Diego punk band with a twisted sense of humor. Towards the end of my living in San Diego I used to see this band on fliers and always wanted to check them out but never got a chance. I did meet band member Adam Sleeper in Boise a few times. They were recently featured on a Mentors tribute album "For Those About To Rape".

I've seen Gwar three times and they are always awesome! This is a rocking cover of a pretty crappy song. This makes me want to buy some Gwar movies.

I could find much info on this band but the video is cool and I like the song so I thought I would post it here. Watching the video I was thinking it must have been tough to synch up the lyrics.

Squeezer, former lead singer of N.F.F.U. (R.I.P.), is singing for a new band called New Iron Front. They got 4 demos up on the their band page and they sound really good. A few of the songs have kinda slow starts but sound great when they get going. I was practically begging to do a music video for N.F.F.U. so maybe I can make it happen this time around.
