This is a rare 70's disaster film starring Leslie Nielsen and Shelly Winters. A disgruntled refinery worker doesn't get the promotion he thought he deserved and sabotages the plant, causing the whole city to light on fire. The initial big refinery explosion is crazy because there is several big fires, like four people falling to their death, an old man falls into a pool and all the partitions in a public bathroom fall down as a confused man takes a dump?! Later in the film we see a 20 second close up of an old mans face as he uses a bedpan?! Also weird side plots like an envelope of pictures that leads to three peoples death by fire? This wasn't one of the greats but some money was spent and it def has it's moments. Watched it on Drive-In Classics on Roku.
